ABOUT US

The Sierra Leone Christian Mission, established by Emmanuel and Sheila Senesie, is a non-profit organization founded in 2008. The Mission strives to help build up the poor community of Baiima in Sierra Leone through missionary work. The Mission’s ministry has thrived over the years beginning with the brushing and cleaning of 10 acres of land for building. The land was donated by the town chiefs. From 2008-2011 church services where conducted in  a mud hut, and finally the construction of a church and Christian school.

OUR MISSION: The Sierra Leone Christian Mission was established to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with the people of Baiima and neighboring villages, and to bring them to  personal relationship with Him.

OUR GOAL: With the love, grace, and guidance of God, along with your support, our goal is to establish a foundation that will continuously grow and positively impact the community of Baiima and Sierra Leone.

Our hope is that through our mission we will…

• Establish and continue to grow a Church where people will come to learn who Jesus is, His love and learn of His greatness and impact on their lives, no matter the circumstances.
• Develop a Christian school for the children of Baiima and give them an opportunity to learn more about Jesus, educate men and women who will make a positive difference in their own community.
• Expand our adult education program by teaching literacy classes, crafts and skills for the women, and provide adults with needed tools to improve their quality of life and the quality of life of those around them.
